Amelia Hewitt - Founder
Amelia serves as the Director of Hewitt Partnerships Ltd, a Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) Cyber Advisory, and the Founder of CybAid.
Her journey in both her professional career in cybersecurity and personal experiences have deeply inspired her by showcasing the impactful ethos of 'giving back.' This inspiration, combined with her consultancy expertise, led her to identify critical growth areas within the industry. She recognised the need for providing pro-bono cybersecurity services to charities and small enterprises, along with creating avenues for professionals to contribute their time effectively and efficiently, benefitting both them and their clients.
This visionary understanding paved the way for the inception of CybAid. CybAid stands as a non-profit organisation dedicated to bridging the gap between exceptional individuals and remarkable organisations, aiming to enhance the accessibility of cybersecurity.
Andy Davison - Director
Andy is a Director of Cyber Risk for the London team of Alvarez & Marsal. With a career in technology and security spanning 15 years, he has a broad knowledge of the Information Security and Cyber considerations that small business and charities should implement to ensure they manage the risk to their organisations.
Andy serves as a Board Advisor to CybAid, bringing his expertise in leading consulting teams and delivering cyber services to a wider variety of clients. His experience leading security teams across a wide range of domains including Cyber strategy and transformation, penetration testing, secure architecture and incident response also allows him to directly support volunteers in improving the cyber postures of the organisations we work with.
Looking forward, Andy is motivated to join up the wide base of Information Security professionals willing to share their expertise with the organisations across the UK in need of their support.
Zak Layton-Elliott - Director & Capabilities & Development Lead
Zak is currently an Account Manager at Joskos Solutions, providing IT support and services for educational institutions across the country. He is currently co-leading the development of a tailored cyber security solution with a handpicked team, designed to cater to a niche audience with specific security needs.
Although new to the industry, Zak has recently completed a six-month bootcamp with CAPSLOCK, along with various relevant certifications, to get up to speed in the field. He is ready to support CybAid in utilising his sales experience combined with service development, assisting both the non-profit and its clients while continuously developing his own skills. Zak brings valuable experience from his career working with schools, colleges, and other public sector organisations, enabling him to better understand and relate to the needs of these organisations and the individuals within.
Zak is enthusiastic about his future with CybAid, and is looking forward to witnessing the positive impact of the work being done, helping individuals and organisations from all backgrounds achieve a deeper understanding of cyber security and a stronger level of protection for themselves and their organisation.
Rebecca Taylor - Board Advisor
Rebecca is the Threat Intelligence Knowledge Manager in the Counter Threat Unit at Secureworks, leveraging her cybersecurity expertise to protect organisations from digital threats. With a career in Cyber spanning back to 2014, she seized the vast opportunities within the cybersecurity sector, evolving from roles in Change Management and Incident Command to thriving in Threat Intelligence. Rebecca was voted as one of the Most Inspiring Women in Cyber in 2024.
Rebecca extends her knowledge pro-bono with CybAid, serving as an Advisor to CybAid's operations and growth. Her extensive experience works to build CybAid's capabilities, and ensure that it is inclusive in it's approach to working across the Charity and SME sectors. Rebecca advocates for a pragmatic approach to cybersecurity, emphasising that effective protection doesn't necessarily require a hefty budget. She remains updated on industry trends through various channels, enabling her to provide invaluable insights to her role.
Rebecca envisions a future where cybersecurity volunteering plays a crucial role in safeguarding organisations and individuals, and she's committed to continuing her contributions in this field.
Anthony Enoh - Board Advisor
Anthony is the CEO and Founder of both Enbros Technologies and CyberXP. With more than 15 years in the Technology Sector, he has held a multitude of senior leadership positions with household name consultancies, including several directorships in cyber strategy and transformation.
Anthony founded CyberXP, with a vision to bringing students the cyber workforce experience before the workforce, benefitting Charities and SMEs, and since 2024, partnering with CybAid to mutually benefit both CyberXP’s students and CybAid’s clients with significant potential for growth.
Anthony’s extensive understanding of the intricacies of sustaining a successful consultancy as well as his undeniably warm nature result in a key partnership for growth. Focusing on innovating the capabilities of both organisations, Anthony will be working with the CybAid leadership team to make the art of the possible, possible.
