During this initial contact, organisations provide basic information about their needs and objectives. This information helps us understand how CybAid can best support them, and it serves as the foundation for a tailored engagement.
STAGE 2 - Engage
Let's Get To Know Eachother
After initial contact, a member of the CybAid leadership team reaches out to the organisation to schedule a call. This meeting allows us to dive deeper into the organisation’s needs and specific requirements. During this phase, we carefully assess how CybAid can add value and then match the organisation with a volunteer whose skills align with the project’s goals. Volunteers are selected based on both their expertise and the unique needs of the organisation, ensuring a beneficial partnership.
STAGE 3- Launch
Prepare For Lift-Off
Once agreements are signed and the engagement is formalised, the project is ready to begin. Volunteers, empowered by their expertise, take responsibility for managing their work with oversight from the CybAid leadership team. This structure enables volunteers to work independently while also ensuring that leadership is available for guidance and support as needed. Together, we work to bring the organisation’s vision to life.
STAGE 4 - monitor
Keeping An Eye On Things
Throughout the engagement, CybAid leadership maintains regular contact with both the volunteer and the organisation. These check-ins help us stay aligned with the project’s progress, ensuring everything is on track and that any emerging needs are promptly addressed. This proactive approach allows us to offer additional support or adjustments if required, fostering a smooth and effective engagement experience.
